This warranty, which lasts for two years from the date of purchase, ensures that our second-hand house beds meet the expected standards of quality and safety.

Our priority is to provide you with complete peace of mind and to ensure that every house bed purchased from us, whether new or second-hand, meets your expectations in terms of reliability and safety.

Differentiating Between Second-Hand and Refurbished

We have implemented a grading system to assess the condition of our second-hand house beds.

First, we differentiate between a second-hand item — already used and assembled/disassembled — and a refurbished item — which has not been assembled and whose packaging, or some parts, have been refurbished.

This classification allows you to choose with complete confidence the bed that best meets your needs and expectations, knowing exactly what to expect in terms of quality and appearance.

Understanding the Different Conditions - Refurbished

Each bed is carefully inspected and classified into three categories: Excellent condition, Very good condition, and Fair condition.

Refurbished beds are mostly customer returns or delivery exceptions. A bed in excellent condition is virtually new, with no visible signs of wear.

A bed in very good condition may show minor signs of use but is still in perfect working order.

Finally, a bed in fair condition may show more pronounced signs of wear or minor imperfections but is still solid and safe for daily use.

Understanding the Different Conditions - Second-Hand

Unlike refurbished items, second-hand beds have already been used for several weeks / months / years.

A second-hand bed in excellent condition shows no notable signs of wear.

A bed in very good condition shows reasonable signs of use.

Finally, a bed in fair condition may show more pronounced signs of wear or imperfections but remains solid and safe for daily use.
